CfP: Structured Matrices in Signal and Data Processing, IEEE J-STSP special issue

Mike Wakin just sent me the following:

  Dear Igor,

I wanted to let you know of an upcoming special issue of the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing on Structured Matrices in Signal and Data Processing.

Full details are available in the Call for Papers (posted here: http://www.signalprocessingsociety.org/uploads/special_issues_deadlines/Structured_Matrices.pdf). Manuscript submissions are due July 15, 2015.

Among the many topics that fall under the scope of this issue are low‐rank matrix recovery and its applications such as blind deconvolution and phase retrieval. So, I thought this could be of potential interest to your readers. People are welcome to contact me with any questions.

Best regards,

-Mike
